Underfloor heating in Alicante →For homeowners and professionals
For homeowners
If you want to renovate your property, we can assess the work, explain what the project involves and prepare a clear execution proposal. If the project requires plans, permits or technical design, we work from that documentation or alongside the professionals involved.
For architects, designers and companies
We execute renovation projects for professionals who need a serious team on site: brickwork, floors, tiling, bathrooms, kitchens, interiors and finishes. We take care of the details so the final result respects the project and conveys quality.
Clear communication with those who do the work
We are clear from the start: what work needs to be done, how it will be executed and what each phase requires. This avoids misunderstandings and keeps the site organised.
Organised and well-coordinated site
We coordinate the execution work so that each phase progresses with purpose: preparation, brickwork, installations, floors, tiling and finishes.
Clear quote from the beginning
We define the scope of work and prepare a clear execution proposal. If something unexpected comes up, we discuss it before moving forward.

About us
The team behind Royal Imbau
Royal Imbau is led by Alejandro Miller, a craftsman who has worked in construction since the age of 13. His portfolio spans Disney World Orlando, the Sheraton Grand in Florida, universities across Argentina, and ski resorts in Austria and Germany. The same exacting standard that earned him those projects is what he brings to every renovation on the Costa Blanca.
We work with local and international homeowners, architects, designers and companies who demand uncompromising quality. We speak English, Spanish and German for clear communication at every stage of the project.
